Elegant Fairyhill wedding with relaxed imagery | Swansea Wedding Photography | Catherine & Ben

Well, my first time shooting a wedding at the stunning Fairyhill, Gower, did not disappoint! When I first met Catherine and Ben, they explained to me that they wanted super natural shots of their day, nothing staged and no portraits at all! They knew that their love and connection would shine through in the photos without having to set up any portraits.

Catherine and Ben's day had been postponed after the pandemic. They had a small ceremony on the original wedding date but really wanted to get the full experience of a beautiful wedding filled with the joy of family and friends surrounding them. And so they waited to have their day. It was a stunning wedding with elegant touches, oodles of natural images and yes, I did manage to capture a few portraits of them walking next to the iconic K room in the grounds of Fairyhill.

Because it wasn't their official ceremony, Catherine and Ben opted to use Little Bird Ceremonies to officiate and it was a wonderfully unique ceremony, where every guest was given a shot of the couple's favourite drink, and we heard beautiful stories of their love for each other.

They were joined by Katie Bayliss, who provided gorgeous harp music throughout the day, giving the whole wedding a super relaxed and elegant feel.
